I’ve been on all three aromatase inhibitors and I’ve now been on letrozole for about five months. I do have hollow, aching pain in my lower back, but I’m not sure if it’s new or if the AI is just making an existing issue worse.
I try to stay very active I get between 10,000 and 17,000 steps most days. I joined the gym at our local hospital, and their hot tub and heated pool have been amazing. I’m planning to start Pilates soon to see what I can and cannot do safely.
My parents are 86 and almost 90, and my sons are 39 and 40 and my grandchildren of 14 and four. I help my parents by living with them and driving and anything else they need. At the same time they are helping me. They’re still pretty self sufficient, which motivates me even more to stay as mobile and strong as possible.
