Welcome,
I myself am gleason 9 (4+5) i did ADT for 7 months, and 2 weeks ago went through the RARP procedure. I still think i have some left over ADT in my system cause i am pretty beat down.
Nonetheless, welcome, and you will find a lot of useful information on this forum.

It does take many months for the testosterone to rise to a level where you don’t feel the side effects from having been on ADT.
My brother had six months of it and it was about nine months before his side effects started to really disappear.
