Hi, my name is Debbie. I just found out a couple months ago that I have the same thing you do and it’s 4.6 and the doctor said check it once a year he doesn’t seem that concern but I am very scared. I’ve been ordering books on Amazon and trying to find out what I can do. I’ve changed anytime you’d like to talk that would be great Great.

@okie68 I am in Florida now. We come from October until May. I have a Doctor here as well as CT. When I go back to CT I am going to ask my Doctor to refer me to a Thoracic surgeon ChatGPT has answered all of my questions. Not a substitute for a Doctor but will answer every question you ask.. The entire situation is very scared to me because I am in my 80’s. If I was younger I would feel more confident.

@okie68 Hi Debbie. Yes all this is very scary but try to live one day at a time. Listen to your Doctor and wish for the best. The advantage that we have is that we at least know about our condition and have our regular check ups. What I have learned is that there’s not a lot for us to do. We can hope that managing our Blood Pressure, take care of our cholesterol and our diet hopefully it will stay stable. I’m here if you ever need to talk
