Do not be surprised if he prescribes gabapentin-that seems to be THE drug of the moment. It will probably offer some relief but it does have some side effects. Have you tried physical therapy? Its a long haul but it might actually rid you of some, maybe all of the pain. Red light therapy is also beneficial. And, you might want to research supplements that can help with your type of pain. I take magnesium glycinate at night and it is relaxing and helpful for getting to sleep.

@arcuri24 Already tried every medication they have for never pain no relief at all. Did physical therapy two different sessions 12 weeks each and didn't help at all. I'm at the point now where my doctor is sending me to neurologist and he will give me options hopefully on getting some relief. I will keep you posted. Thank you so much

@arcuri24 I have persistent leg pain and was prescribed gabapentin, that didn’t help at all. I do agree with the magnesium glycinate.
