I agree with the “fixing” part. A simple law that says no United States drug producer can charge United States citizens anymore than what their lowest price is for the same drug overseas would be simple to do. Instead the current law seems to prohibit United States citizens from procuring the same prescription drugs from out of the states pharmacies. To me that seems criminal.

I don't get it either. I really feel bad for those with any form of cancer with no health insurance. It's almost a guaranteed death sentence. I would have no problem with paying the lowest price the big pharmaceuticals get for overseas pricing.
