Can you please explain what you mean by granular..
My face and neck area have gotten a “ruddiness” coloration.
I’m not sure if it’s from the ostomy or steroids I’m still taking.

@pidge32 I don't mean anything 'medical', but rather than instead of a smooth even texture, the skin has a somewhat roughened, slightly textured effect which I've never had before. Sort of slightly sandy. There was no change in my coloration and it didn't 'show'. I don't have any better words to describe it...but I sure didn't like it.
