I've been on Nubeqa for June of 2025. I had stage 4 PC did 5 chemo txs psa has been undetectable the last 5 blood levels. I'm seeing a regular oncologist at Mary Bird Perkins I take a eligard shot q 3 months along with the nubeqa. My Last PEC scan showed no mestasis

Sounds real good. On Nubeqa You probably aren’t going to get castrate resistance for a long time. Eligard alone would Make it more likely, but the two drugs together really make a big difference.
Keep it up. You could have years before you have any issues. I’m stage four and ADT plus Nubeqa Has kept me undetectable for 29 months, After four reoccurrences. That drug combo works really well.
