I suppose you mean ADT. When ADT caused me to become castrate resistant, I went on Zytiga Which brought my PSA down to almost undetectable, and after 2 1/2 years went on Nubeqa Which just kept me undetectable for 29 months After having a metastasis zapped.
Unless you have metastasis, getting Pluvicto Once you become castrate resistant doesn’t make a lot of sense, since there are treatments that can keep your PSA down to undetectable.
If you do become castrate resistant, you want to have a PSMA PET scan to see if there actually are metastasis showing up. In my case, I know there weren’t. I didn’t have a metastasis until about four years later, And it was only one and SBRT radiation took care of it.
Where are you being treated? Are you working with a Genito urinary oncologist? They are the ones that specialize in prostate cancer and really know what’s going on and what the best treatments are. If you become castrate resistant, that is who you want Your treatment handled by.
