A new diagnosis of a serious illness like prostate cancer is hard enough without all the form filling, approval seeking, etc. and associated stress.

Some day, I hope, we will live in a world where the cost of essential medication is no more of an issue than the cost have having the fire or police department respond to an emergency at your home.

But most countries, including my own (Canada), aren't there yet. At a minimum, they make us jump through hoops before they'll cover the more-expensive meds like Erleada. 😕
