@loplady You are correct. On Amazon, the label for Osteo-K does show two servings per day, each at 22,500 mcg for a total daily dose of 45,000mcg.
Price wise, the Osteo K supplements are very expensive. A months supply costs $65.95. By comparison, the brand Life Extension Mega Vitamin K has one capsule a day of 45,000 mcg Vitamin K MK-4 priced at $24.03. So buying a supplement with split dosing costs more than twice as much.
I read an article that says it's not necessary to split the dosing of MK-4: "MK4's serum half-life is roughly two hours — and that rapid disappearance from blood isn't a weakness. It's the opposite. Your body pulls MK4 straight into the brain, bone, kidney, pancreas, and reproductive organs. What leaves the bloodstream fastest may be doing the most work. If a nutrient's invisible in a blood draw, it's often because it already reached where it needs to be."

@daisy17 Thanks, I would not buy Osteo K because of the price but have found some other options online. I'm going to give this a try. I think I'll start at 30mg and move up to 45 once I see that I have no issues.
