Not sure I can answer your question, but since I didn't know what PIPAC was, I did find a few articles for others who may be wondering about.

PIPAC stands for:
Pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy

Here is a Mayo article from 2025 about:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/chemotherapy/in-depth/pressurized-intraperitoneal-aerosol-chemotherapy/art-20584939
Quote from article:
"Healthcare professionals consider PIPAC for people with advanced peritoneal cancer when surgery to cure the cancer is not possible or when the cancer has gotten worse while traditional therapies are in use."

Here is info on a clinical trial that is closed for enrollment:
https://www.mayo.edu/research/clinical-trials/cls-20517716
Within Connect, it has been discussed a few places. Here is a link to search:
https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/
Are you asking about PIPAC for yourself?

@roch thank you for this info. I’ll be sure to discuss with my oncologist.

@roch
My post was for my wife's situation.
