@bajjerfan Yes, that is my position as well. My Rx is for 4/day (Tramadol) but I only take it once - at night, along with Pregabalin (Lyrica) for neuropathic pain. If I don't sleep, I become clumsy and am at an increased risk for falls. But when a person recognizes that a medicine is not well tolerated, it is wisdom on their part to eliminate or substitute another for it.
