@jchet Per my neurologist I take 600 mg daily. I have been taking it since 2021. Since I woke up with full onset of paresthesia (pin pricks) that were going off 24/7) the Alfa Lipoic Acid did wonders. It took the majority away and then I had occasional ones. Right now with my cervical spine having issues I noticed the pin pricks and they go off whenever they want. @rnlorena
