Palpitations and suspected gastritis/gallbladder issue

Hi all
First time sharing. 59 reasonably healthy Irish woman. Have had Angiogram, Echocardiogram, EKGs Blood tests and all are coming back with Heart health is very good.
BUT I keep getting horrific heart palpitations/ flutters that seem to be associated with my gut. Had to go to A&E ( ER) a few weeks ago as I thiugh I was having a heart attack. Turns out I have Gastritus. My symptoms are belching, severe bloating, awful discomfort in abdomen, feel like there's a fist under my right ribs, feel like the food isnt hoing down all the way into stomach, feeling like theres a blockage feeling nauseous, either constipation or loose BM, silent reflux, hoarse voice, regurgitating and constant palpitations/ flutters/ flips .

Ultrasound shows all normal, aorta good, no gallstones, other test says heart is not the problem.
On PPI Pantroprazole but not getting much relief
Awaiting an endoscopy.
Anyone relate to these symptoms. I'm demented and struggle with health anxiety which, I know, isn't helping symptoms .
Ant help.or advice would be gratefully received . Thank you

Hi Kay, how are you doing? It sounds like it may be a unique problem since no one has shared a similar experience. I get palpitations when I have a gastritis flare - or any other type of illness that stresses the body. Did you have your endoscopy yet? They will do a biopsy and check for h pylori. Some of your symptoms sound like that. Hopefully then a round or two of antibiotics will take care of it.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm still waiting for endoscopy. I'm on a Proton pump inhibitor ( Pantium) once a day and watching what I eat. No gluten and smaller meals etc. Seems to be helping so I'm hopeful
