@ladydinana okay as an update, I need to read my post more carefully! I was diagnosed in September of 2025, not 2024. Did discuss with my PCP and pharmacist, who said Anastrozole was best tolerated but does have bone density loss issues. I’m walking with weighted vest and a video I watched said some impact movements are even more helpful than walking and weight training (which I’m also doing as my son is a physical trainer). My doc had said she liked the non steroidal ones over exemestane which was steroidal, even though it has less impact on bone loss. I had some achiness on Anastrozole, stopped for a week and restarted and it’s fine now so I’m hopeful. Will check bone density again in about six months to check. Good luck to us all!!
