Yes, it does. I fractured 2.5 years ago and am now back to being in the best physical and mental condition that I've been in for years. It was a slow process but I am now confident the likelihood of my fracturing again is small. I am back to doing everything I did before my fracture and have focused on making the improvements in my lifestyle that needed to be made. I did two years of anabolic medication and worked hard on strengthening my back muscles to avoid another fracture.

I was 62 when I fractured and I am about to turn 65. Life is great!
