I use avocado oil for making popcorn, which is my comfort food. I didn’t know that about Omega 6’s, jeez you just can’t win. I use 2 TB of flax in my smoothies along with 1% milk and 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 1oz power greens, 1/2 c of blueberries and strawberries. That gets me 23gm of protein and 500mg calcium. I’ve thought about adding protein powder, but I worry about what’s in them.

@rudysmom I add not only ground Flax to smoothies but Flax Milk.
More Greek yogurt, bananas, blueberries, . Looking for protein to add.
What kind do you add? Brand name.
