@lizzie73 Maybe I am reading the Osteo K Minis bottle wrong, but a serving is 2 capsules, twice daily. Each 2 capsules is 22.5 MG so you are taking two doses of 22.5 mg to get 45 mg and not the three 15 mg doses that you reference above. I am surprised Osteo K does not have a dosing that would equal three 15mg doses for the day to match the Japanese study.

@lizzie73 Thank you for that information. I couldn't find an Osteo K MK-4 product on Amazon that had 15mg doses. I found one that had 22,500mcg pills that should be taken twice a day to reach 45,000mcg. However, it also contained 1000 IU of Vitamin D and since I already take a daily vitamin containing Vit D, I would prefer an MK-4 supplement without added Vit D.
I also read an article that said taking MK-4 in one daily 45,000 dose was okay, saying: "MK4's serum half-life is roughly two hours — and that rapid disappearance from blood isn't a weakness. It's the opposite. Your body pulls MK4 straight into the brain, bone, kidney, pancreas, and reproductive organs. What leaves the bloodstream fastest may be doing the most work. If a nutrient's invisible in a blood draw, it's often because it already reached where it needs to be."
