Hmmm I am seeing endo mid April; blood work ordered so we will discuss I am sure at this appointment. Reclast July 2025, (was supposed to be in April, but I put it off due to fear!) but he did not want me to do a DEXA yet, was told we would discuss at appointment. I am a bit confused by this, was told at last year's appointment that DEXA is once a year if diagnosed with osteo, which would be about now. Before last July's Reclast infusion my CTX was at 58, but the only reason I know that is I asked for it...I don't think my doc does bone markers regularly; I know some don't rely on them. It is on my current blood work order, along with NTX. And CTX was between fosamax and reclast; I've read that a baseline of these tests before osteo meds is more typical? Would love to hear from anyone who has had DEXA after one year of Reclast, and what T scores are!
