@luisa1010 Hi Luisa, I'm just seeing this forum as well. I have had a similar problem and wondered if it was the LDN that landed me in the hospital with no colon motility. Have you been able to resolve the constipation issue and still be on LDN? Thank you in advance if you can share an update of your experience.

Welcome @hannaha - I don't have any experience with LDN but did see some information that talks about it and discusses an approach to diagnosing what is causing the constipation.
