@snoots a lot of reflux and pain in the stomach area. Right now as a I type, I can refer to having pain in a very specific and small area of my stomach. I believe I have another ulcer. I am looking into fasting because I am tired of doctors throwing medicine at me. Are they scoping you to try and rule out H. Pylori?

@snoots if you are referring to my description of soft lettuce it is green leaf lettuce. Typically comes in a plastic tub. And i literally wash my hands and just tear off the amount i want.
