@kjoed53 I would add a fourth factor. None of us is the body you find in an anatomy book. Each body is unique from birth in many ways. As you age you find out how true this is. A physician is not a diagnostic machine you put on your car, nor is your body that car, and that's the challenge of diagnosis and treatment.
