@jillemckeon Thank you for your information. I do realize traveling to Arizona can be a pain, but Arizona is not required to report findings to the California DMV. As I am still very able to navigate our streets and highways, and as I am still active in my husband's business, I need to be able to drive. California has a mandatory reporting clause that reports even mild dementia to the DMV, which can mean loss of mobility and potential loss of income for me.

But stay on top of your driving skills. My husband thought he was fine to drive and nearly killed us. We surrendered his driver's license voluntarily.
AARP and perhaps others offer driver safety courses, however if your brain is not giving you correct info, no class will help.
