I have been reading that MK-4 is a metabolite of MK-7, so I am only supplementing MK-7. Also adding aged cheeses like Gouda and Munster to get the K2 from whole foods (watch the sat fat though! More Calcium from foods and the balance from Algae Cal or Garden of life Raw marine based calcium,
Weights, Protein, collagen.

@clh222 You can take MK4 along with MK7, which is what I do. I take 180mcg Menaquinone-7 (MK7) - TrueVantage brand and 45,000 mcg (45 mg) of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4) - Life Extension K2 High Potency brand.
