Welcome @terryjee, Quite a few members have mentioned laser therapy for treating neuropathy but I haven't seen any that have mentioned the specific clinic - LaserLab. I looked into a similar neuropathy clinic back in 2016 after I was diagnosed with neuropathy but it was too costly with zero guarantees. It did sound good when I first looked into though but since I only have numbness and no pain with my neuropathy, I didn't feel like it could help. I think there is some evidence of laser therapy being able to provide relief but everyone is different and it may or may not work for everyone.
