@billw822026 The experts, not us, say that around 70% is where the discussion turns from prevention and lifestyle changes/genetic testing to one of repair. My dad went all the way to the point where his right carotid had completely closed off, and his left was 90% blocked. He was still doing day trading for a living! So, we are all different in our tolerance of symptoms and of how little oxygen our brains and organs can deal with before they show signs of shutting down or other pathology.
If you are near 70%, your cardiologist would want a word with you. You should probably listen.
