@kirstieg You've got me smiling ear to ear with your enthusiasm. Congratulations on your accomplishment!! It is an amazing feeling, isn't it?

I remember when I first graduated, that time was also met with hesitation and concern - like okay, how am I going to implement all of these tools into my everyday life without being in a 3 week cohort surrounded by constant care and support, encouragement, structure, etc...

But, I remember feeling so enlightened and invigorated just like you sound. I was blown away at how comprehensive the PRC program was and how awe-inspiring of a job they all did. Walking away with gratitude and hope again felt really good.

How have you been doing with implementing the many tools you were given? Which ones have provided you the most benefit so far?

@rwinney thank you for your lovely reply . Yes it’s a fabulous feeling . Having hope , light and strength again . I’m floored by the program not only for myself but watching my team mates progress and having new friends that are on the same journey . The program is so inclusive and detail oriented some of which I didn’t realize until afterwards . My heart overflows with gratitude for the whole team .

I was definitely concerned about leaving the safety bubble but trusted in the program and having made such huge improvements in my time there I was determined to not slide back . Plus all the fabulous aftercare !

I follow the protocols and revel in moving my body and gaining physical strength . I use my notes from lectures to review behavior and emotional issues and the planner !
Moderation and modification are key .
Good is good enough !

How long ago did you graduate ?
