I recently discovered Seen Calcium Chews, which are 100% food based. Each chew contains 500mg calcium, 400IU Vitamin D, plus small amounts of phosphorus and magnesium. The ingredients are organic dates, milk minerals, almonds, milk protein and organic Vitamin D2 mushroom powder. The recommended dose is 1 chew a day. I also take 1/2 dose of a pill form of calcium. I think they taste good.

They are available to purchase from their website: https://www.seennutrition.com/
They are kind of expensive. 30 chews cost $35.00 or $29.75 on auto delivery. 90 chews cost $105.00 or $89.25 on auto delivery.

@daisy17 I also started the Seen chew, above the 500mg calcium I make sure I am getting calcium from my diet. I added more D3 and MK7. Not sure if MK 7 is as good as MK 4??. The chews are great, hoping they will work for my supplement. I like getting food based products. Also do weight training and protein.

@daisy17 Hi Thank you. Sounds like a really good option particularly when traveling and less likely to take a pill until I get settled. But would need to take 2/day to get just 1000 mg, so yes very expensive.
