Can internal tremors caused by cervical spine issues?

I lifted a very heavy object in November 2025. I immediately developed both numb thumb, fingers, pains in the back of my arms and sensitive scalp - but I also immediately developed strong internal vibrations. An MRI showed spinal stenosis in C-6 and C-7. A cortisone injection in February at C-7 relieved the numb fingers and pains in the arm - but the vibrations seemed to intensify and muscle spasms in the back and ribs began. Waiting to see if a second injection is planned by my spine doctor. Also waiting on an appointment with a neurologist. The vibrations are irritating at most and stressful when trying to sleep or just sit and read. Had an EMG which was clear, a brain MRI and a cervical spine MRI - no solution yet for the strong internal vibrations. Just sharing - vibrations are real. 🙂

@spatase I wanted to welcome you to Connect. I am glad your spine injections helped. It sounds like you are advocating for yourself and benefiting.
