Look at the things you are using. The one with fewer chemicals are. Best. No perfumes or scented.
More than one doctor at Mayo told me to use certain products. Dove Sensitive skin, Bar soap only, Too many chemical’s in the liquid.
It did help a lot, and I have not had a major flare for a number of years.
