My results six months after SRT with six months Orgovyx 0.05. Was hoping for undetectable but I’ll take it (was 0.13 going into SRT). I’ve read that nadir can take a couple of years to achieve, so hoping the trendline heads south in the coming tests.

Below .1 is considered undetectable, so you are there. At this point, you want be below the level at which the machine can detect, but your doubling rate is what really counts. What does it look like in 3 months?

Three months after my salvage radiation, my PSA was < .1, And stayed there for two years. I have a genetic problem so it’s destined to come back again.

@foreright My PSA didn't bottom out (became undetectable) until 6 months after the completion of my 39 salvage radiation treatments, which was 4 months after I stopped taking Orgovyx. I have been undetectable ever since, thank God. I expect your PSA will continue to drop.
