You may want to keep a food diary and look for associations between diet / drinks and urgency. My urinary urgency has been greatly reduced since I cut back on my coffee consumption to 1/2 a cup a day.

@ededed 1/2 a cup? Noooooo It's the only reason I go to work.
Maybe I'll have a coffee every 2nd day & see what happens.
