I stick with Acetaminophen (Tylenol), but I'm concerned about taking too much and further damaging my Kidneys... My eGFR seems to hover in the mid 30's...

Tylenol is processed thru your liver. I once heard an emergency room Dr that said Tylenol was the leading cause of liver transplants in this country today.

@joefriday49 Tylenol is something more like a placebo for me. Dang it. I have a maximum dose of 1500mg a day, which is only three capsules. If I need to take it, I keep it at two. I am on peritoneal dialysis everyday, and my eGFR [corrected for dialysis] is about 13%. The true eGFR is a lot lower.

Recently, because I cannot have general anesthesia for knee and hip issues, here is my go-to pain relief program: Arnica gel for topical use, or arnica montana tablets for bruising/inflammation, with success. I have also used a generic Diclofenac sodium topical gel. Yes, this is an NSAID, but it is topical and will not theoretically be processed by my kidneys. Truthfully, I figure I am already on dialysis for life, so why not make myself comfortable!? Another thing I have added at times, not on any regular basis, is CBD/THC tincture, at night.
