Hi @kujhawk1978, I think your message was cut off. This is because of a bug in the message system that cuts off after the less than symbol. I suspect you posted that your PSA dropped to less than ... This is a known issue and we have a patch to fix it that will be deployed tonight or tomorrow.

Could you repost your message without using the less than symbol?

PSA dropped to less than .1 and stayed there.

Side affects were:

Hot Flashes
Muscle and joint stiffness
Mild fatigue
Yes, testicle and penile shrinkage, as my urologist said, hey, we took you back to your pre-pubescent state...
Some statistics say 20% of men on ADT do not lose their libido, I was one of those

How did I counter those, well, the hot flashed were pretty much just endure, never ran the heater in the car, didn't swim my laps in the heated pool at the gym...dual climate control in my car was a godsend!

Exercise did help with the other two, I swam, went skiing, rode my bike, lifted weights, played basketball, hiked in the mountains, walked my dog, did yardwork...

Besides monitoring your PSA through lab tests, tell your urologist you want your testosterone checked each time you do PSA labs tests. Why, well, data says if your Testosterone is less than 20 and your PSA is less than .1, especially if they reach those levels quickly and stay there, it may signify a durable response and increased progression free and overall survival. If the testosterone does not go below 20 then you may want to speak with your urologist about adding an additional agent, think the term is combined androgen blockage (CAB).
