I have recently switched from Actemra to Tyenne due to insurance.

Hi, my insurance denied actemera , only approved tyenne. I assume higher profit margins. sad. I have had one infusion so far, one every four weeks. yes, my ankles are swollen .

@elleninz Well I guess I’m in for a big surprise as I start the tyenne next Wednesday. And what a fight with insurance and then it was not even prescribed until June. But it’s approved from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 31, 2026 I find it Ridiculous. It’s sad that these insurance companies have so much power over the dr. Who prescribed the medication when the Drs are the ones who diagnose our conditions and not the insurance companies
