Anybody have a Kenalog (Steroid) injection during MUA, after TNA?

I am sorry you have experience this as well. Horrible feeling.
My HR runs 70s and beats regular. Of course I have added aging to all of this.
I try to stay away from Drs and pharmaceuticals as much as possible. 66 y old and not taking anything other than Ibuprofen for my other knee, that I will probably never do.
My MUA was successful. I hike all the time and usually push 10,000- 11,000 steps a day.

@cathymw Thanks so much for your response. It sounds like your HR is pretty much back to normal which is encouraging. Like you mentioned in a previous post, I've read stories of this happening and is awful when it happens to you. Glad you are doing so well and thanks again for your response!
