I have had a patch of itchy bumps on my left shoulder blade. Pain when I scratch it and it itches all the time. Also have an itchy rash below where I had 2 Moderna injections. How do I get relief? I was really sick with COVID in Nov. of 2019.

@glenniesheehy ...my bumps were teeny tiny with a scab cap on my shins mainly.....super.itchy.
I got the most comfort by spraying with antiseptic 1st aid spray containing lidocaine. Applied whenever I needed. Also the cooling effect of sunburn relief gel . This lasted 3wks+ to get calmer, now mostly gone.
