Hello @eifeltower, thank you posting this discussion focused on the pudendial nerve.
I see that you have found @keri's post on this issue as well and I invite her back to this conversation to share her thoughts with you.
In the meantime, would you mind sharing a bit more about yourself so other members can get to know your situation a bit better? What surgery caused this injury for you? What has your physician or medical provider said about your situation and your pain?
Hi Justin,
I had a D and C.My pain specialist wants me to try a nerve block again. It didn't work last time but he insists he is more experienced now 3 years later, saying if it works it will transform your life, maybe it's worth the risk as at this stage the pain is non stop.
Best wishes
Eifeltower
I don't have much more to add than what I have in my previous posts so if you haven't already please take the time to read thru them & join pudendal hope
Facebook page. There are a lot of members & you can ask any questions on it. Another good webpage is the pudendal hope forum. Good luck
Thank you so very much for that Keri,so good of you.
My problem has not been diagnosed as such but I read an article that gave me pause. I have constant pressure and tingling, with sometimes pain, in the pudendal area, possibly related to a longstanding neuropathy radiating from my back. Am wondering what procedure I should follow. I haven't found much literature on this subject. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
So sorry you are suffering. It's been a life changing problem for me. Go to the website pudendalhope.info. In there there is a ton of info & treatments. Best of luck.
