Thanks for your reply. I've been through this "ringer" only 6 years now with the same 'result' metastatic castration resistant...I was SUV 7.9 at L5, then Chemo (taxotere) caused it to disappear (hibernate) for 1-1/2 years. My PSA's started rising again and the most recent PET-PSMA scan showed activity at L4 (SUV=5.9) and back into the Prostate itself (SUV=3.1)... 🙁

I'm on the borderline of the next step, which would be Pluvicto, I have the usual monthly bloodwork tomorrow and every cycle is "D-Day"...whether or not to pursue Pluvicto...

If interested, I'll share the results (should be all told by this Wednesday or Thursday at the latest...
