6 months on Tymlos and no noticeable weight gain other than 5 lbs that I needed to gain (was 105 at 5'5"). I did that deliberately by increasing protein by 50% for help with my osteoporosis. However, tummy/abdomen has become bloated on Tymlos. I also developed a hematoma from injection and so tummy is crooked and likely carrying fluid from the hematoma. Also fibrosis from repeated injections. I've gone off-label and injecting my thigh with caution since too much muscle in the thigh area. With my bloated abdomen, honestly, if you didn't know I was 77 years of age, you might think I was about 5 months pregnant. A medical miracle.
