@steveke I am only 40 and had pain similar but more centered like almost a ulcer and after eating it would get worse and it started when I decided to get healthy and join a gym two years it took but a cardiologist who specialized in the heart arteries told me I had a rare disease called MALS or Dunbar disease (I giggle because it reminded me of dances with wolves) but hope all is well as I had 3 heart surgeries since then and hoping for the best for you!
