Just an update on some additional pathology results from the slides....
My ArteraAI Prostate Test Report came back with a score of 2.2%
And my Decipher result was .34
I have my oncologist appointment tomorrow....The staff is still leaning towards taking a short duration of ADT due to their clinical analysis....I am prepared to deal with a 6 month ADT treatment schedule to put this behind me and move on....
Thank you all for your invaluable comments....I am very appreciative of the comments that has helped me immensely...

You have relatively low scores with both tests so six months sounds just right.
Hopefully that will be sufficient, and you can go many years without having any problems.
