@manchild I have been taking Repatha for over 2 years now. My only side effect is fatigue 12-24 hours after the injection, which I manage by taking the shot before bedtime and planning an easy "day after" - usually that means take Sunday night, go to bed early, and do paperwork, etc on Monday.
I had some other side effects I thought were from Repatha, they turned out to be from my arthritis meds, which we adjusted.
My LDL dropped from 110-120 to 70, without a statin (cannot tolerate). Next test due in a few weeks. We were already on a healthy diet with one "cheat day" a week.
