I hope your EEG went well!
For me, the MRI is actually one of the least stressful exams. While I'm in the machine, I practice some deep breathing techniques I've learned through yoga — and sometimes I even fall asleep, despite all the noise!

@santosha I have to take a pill as i am claustrophobic so i usually do ok with that pill.For some reason today i am dizzy as heck.More so than usual.
