I’ve read that Prednisone can cause “buffalo neck” I think that’s what it’s called.
I’m all the time straightening up when I’m walking. I keep reminding myself.
Is that what you are referring to?

@stonewheel my trainer refers to it as
Old lady/man syndrome
Stand up tall sternum up and tall pulls shoulders back and down , longer strides.
It works, takes work. 😎

@stonewheel Good afternoon! My DEXA scan and an MRI have unfortunately confirmed osteoporosis. No "buffalo neck" yet. Thank goodness! But, prednisone does cause "moon face." I call prednisone the "Devil Drug," (DD for short), because of all its side effects!
