Anyone with Systemic Sclerosis or Scleroderma?

I began with localized Scleroderma in 1982. I currently have Systemic Scleroderma, Diagnosed by the Mayo Clinic in 2010. I Currently need a Gastroenterologist for Bowel incontinence. It seems impossible to get an appointment anywhere in AZ. Any suggestions on how to deal with the incontinence? Many Thxs.

What kind of stool pattern do you have, diarrhea or constipation?
For frequent liquid stools, there are OTC anti-diarrheal agents, if this is the cause. Need to know the cause to choose the right treatment.
