18 months is a fairly long time on ADT so even though the drug is cleared from your body, its effects may linger.
But your doctor is looking to see if there’s any rise at all from your previous reading, which was probably taken when you started Orgovyx, right?
I was on it for 6 months and never had bloodwork done in that time span, but maybe your experience was different.
