thanks @harleytiger .. I do have that bulge and it is very noticeable to me so will give it a try. Thanks for the help

@praying4miracle It's hard to do and a little painful. I also put my chin to my chest and try that angle. It hurts a bit, but once it releases you feel your mouth fill with saliva. Hope it works.
