Is the powder or the spray better for skin irritation?

@pidge32 I'm glad you found a WOCN near you!
It would probably be a good idea to make a list of the questions you have before you go. You've mentioned irritation, prolapse, leaks, and had questions about other brands of appliances.
A WOCN should be able to evaluate all of these things, and help you with setting up ordering, if you don't have that already.
You should go to the appointment with a change of your current supplies, even though they might try something else on you.

We spent quite a bit of time on the phone with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.
She informed me I had a Loop Ostomy! No one, not even the doctor told me that!
She made some great recommendations and is sending me some samples that she felt we may want to check out.
I can’t believe I hadn’t been told about the availability of a WOCN before. Although to be honest they may have a I didn’t remember.
