Hi. I have had TMJ for 20 years and have had lots of PT over those years. I recently had my first Reclast Infusion and I have had no problems. However, I am mindful of jaw concerns moving forward. I use a balm at night, or when needed that relaxes my jaw and really works for me. I apply it right on my jaw line up to the base of my ear.
There is menthol in it so it can irritate your eyes and that is why I use it at bedtime when eyes are closed. I also do deep breathing exercises before hand to lend to relaxation. It is called: ACTIVATE MUSCLE MX CBD BALM, 350 MG CBD. My TMJ is a stess response, in otherwords it is where I carry tension/stress. If you are interested, I can send you a picture of the balm. If find a photo helpful when trying to find things online. I wish everyone the very best. Sue

@sbauer415 I said elsewhere that night teeth grinding thru some sort of trauma exlained my jaw pain many years ago. It was doagnsied by a trainee dentist, not a qualified one.

That's great that the balm helps you. I'd appreciate a pic or a link if you can provide it. Thanks for mentioning a product that helps you. All the best.
